Hanna Mjöberg has been teaching Ashtanga for many years in Falkenberg at her father’s boxing gym, but now she has opened her own shala. My first visit at the boxing gym shala was in September 2021 for two days. Now we are doing a five day workshop at the new shala in January 5-9 2022.
Hanna has been going to Mysore to practice and assist Sharath Jois and she has been assisting many times in my retreats and workshops.
