Mornings include Mysore-style Ashtanga practice, guided beginner’s classes, a beginner’s course for those new to Ashtanga or guided Yin yoga classes. Afternoons are filled with thorough technical analysis, in-depth discussions, yoga philosophy, pranayama and meditation.
Extra workshops with visiting teachers are also offered; to be announced soon!
Families with kids are welcome to join: children can take part in kids’ yoga and other fun activities designed just for them!
Kustavi County is located in the archipelago of the South-Western Finland. The driving distance from Turku to Kustavi is 69 km. The retreat takes place at Lomavalkama Holiday Resort. The site (10 ha.) is located at an island peninsula between two shores in the most beautiful Finnish archipelago. There are several different accommodation types available in Lomavalkama. Cottages for 2-6 persons, terraced apartments for 3-4 persons and a camping site for caravans and tents.
