Ashtanga Yogashala Göteborg has been keeping the Ashtanga Yoga tradition strong in the West Coast of Sweden for more than two decades. I’m impressed for Pake Hall’s and Carolina Lodeiro’s enthusiastic, kind and mindful approach for yoga practice. You can feel the loving and caring energy at the shala, which is vital for the spiritual development and happiness.
