First week, January 3 – 6

The first week will have 2 practice days as we will arrive on Wednesday January 3rd and start the practice on Thursday morning. All other weeks are “full” 7 night weeks with 6 practice days . The “day off” is on Saturday. First Ashtanga practice is on Sunday morning  and last on Friday morning.

The full schedule for 2024 is under construction, but the information here is already valid..there will be more teachers and assistants in the final schedule.

1) Learning about the breath and prana (energy).

2) Includes vinyasa, breath and practical techniques, questions & answers.

3) Beginners introduction on the first day (Thursday). If you will join for the second week as a beginner, you will join for the Mysore Style group.
