The Evolution of Ashtanga Yoga: A Collaborative Workshop with Juha and Petri
The traditional Helsinki Tofu pork digesting workshop : ) at the Astanga Yoga Helsinki shala in the heart of Helsinki.
This time with a special scheme in the 1990’s practice and history of Finnish and Indian Ashtanga tradition. Petri started Ashtanga in 1989 and Juha one year after. They have been the pioneers of spreading the Finnish Ashtanga Yoga nationally and internationally.
Come to enjoy the stories how it all started and the practice of “extra poses” advanced Primary series style. It will be fun and mind / body opening.
There will be a practice also on the December 26th in the morning where Petri and Juha will teach the traditional Boxing Day Mysore class.
