We have been working together with Alexia and Amina for 10+ years in the yoga shala and with my books translations and publications in French.
This time we will have a six day intensive workshop in Marseille with daily Mysore practice, one led class and afternoon classes. Besides we will have time for the community building activities..swimming, trip to the closest islands, breakfast/lunch/dinner, picnic and much more. Time to spend together with the workshops participants, friends and colleagues.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone in this summer city workshop/retreat and meeting new and long term ashtanga students. Marseille is a beautiful summer city with a great vibrant environment.
