18.00: Dinner for Koh Mak and Seavana resort residents (Drop-in students are welcomed, but has to pay the dinner separately)

19.00: Welcome and info meeting for the newcomers at the Yoga Shala

Departure, speedboat to Trat at 8.00, 9.00, 10.30, 12.00 or 13.30

 

1) Learning about the breath and prana (energy).

2) Includes vinyasa, breath and practical techniques, questions & answers.

3) Beginners introduction on the first two days. On Wednesday beginners join the Mysore Style group, no separate beginners class.

4) The cost for Wednesday’s optional day trip is not included in the price, and will be charged separately.

5) Free of charge, taught by our Thai chef.

6) Special dinner at Koh Mak Resort, Savanna Resort or visiting other resorts.
