Ashtanga Yoga – for body, mind and spirit
I’m happy to get back to Malmö in April 11-14 2024. Malmö is a beautiful coastal town, full of life and has amazing food from all around the world. My favourite place (besides the yoga shala and Indian restaurant : ) is Riberborgs Kallbadhus, an outdoor spa with saunas and sea water pools.
I made the workshop schedule to cover the body (asanas and adjustments), mind (pranayama with deep concentration and mantras) and spirit (meditation, non separation and prana experiment).
We want to create a safer space for the students to be able to sense and be themselves, without fear or judgment. A new generation of Ashtanga Yoga community. Freedom to be and experience.
