It will be my first time in Galicia with Sarah and Remi who are running a yoga shala, guest house and surfing school in their village. It will be a retreat style schedule and accommodation. The student can join for the surfing classes, which is possible to book before the retreat.
During your stay, your will have the opportunity to
immerse yourself in the practice of Ashtanga Yoga in
a unique and relaxing environment. Casa San Xurxo is
located in a small rural town near Ferrol surrounded
by the sea, cliffs and forest. This place offers an
atmosphere of tranquility and peace where you can
disconnect from the stress of daily life and connect
with yourself.
Daily activity program:

Arrival (Check in from afternoon)
14:00-20:00h – Arrival: presentation of the space and room distribution, welcome tea time.
We kindly ask for punctuality for the welcome. 20:00 – Dinner (incl.)
22:00 – Lights off! Zzz..

1st, 2nd and 3th day (dates)
06:00&7:30h – Mysore Practice/ 2 Shifts
08:00-10:00h – Break coffee, tea and fruit (incl.)
11:00-12:00h – Pranayama/ meditation / chanting
12:30-14:30h – Ashtanga Workshop (different subject every day)
1st Friendliness, compassion, joy and peace in Ashtanga practice
2nd Asana and adjustment techniques in Primary and Intermediate series
3rd Yoga therapy..strengthening and healing the body through therapy moves and acrobatics
22:00 – Lights off! Zzz..
