Dear students, friends and colleagues,
I’m pleased to announce our fourth workshop with Helena at Mysore Yoga CPH. We shifted the workshop from August to May. To the time when the spring is on its blossom. Copenhagen is one of the most exciting places to visit in Europe. Helena has been doing a great work to build a stable and friendly Ashtanga Yoga community in the city.
The program is build to fulfill the physical, philosophical and spiritual fields.
As always, we are having a workshop dinner on Saturday evening for fun and meeting each others also outside the shala.
